Welcome!

Padme Hum offers a compassionate, safe space for all to explore mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. These practices invite us to breathe together, connect with ourselves and nurture our bodies.

You are invited on a journey of understanding your mind, body and soul, no matter how deep or muddy the waters may seem, so your inner lotus can bloom and your truest self can flourish.

Together, through presence, curiosity and gentle exploration, we create space for growth, understanding and well-being.

FAQs

  • What styles of yoga do you teach?

I’m trained in Mindful Meditation, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Bodywork.
I blend these approaches to create mindful, compassionate practices that invite you to explore, listen, and respond to your body’s needs.

In private sessions, the style is completely tailored to you - your body, your goals, and the kind of practice you’re seeking.

  • Who are private practices for?

Private practices are for anyone who wants to explore themselves a little more deeply. You might have specific goals, limitations, or simply prefer a more personal experience than a group class.

Private sessions are completely unique - we work together to create a practice designed specifically for your body, your needs, and your intentions.
They offer a more intimate space for 1:1 guidance where I blend all of my training and experience to support you fully.

  • Do you offer sessions for beginners or people with limited flexibility?

Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone - whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, all bodies are welcome.
Please send an enquiry on the “Privates” page to discuss a session that suits your needs.

  • I’m not flexible - is yoga still for me?

Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or doing backbends - it’s about showing up for yourself, exploring your body, and connecting with your breath.
It’s a practice of mindfulness, self-compassion, and non-judgment, yoga is for everyone!

  • Can I book yoga for a small group, couple, or friend group?

Absolutely! You can book a one-off session or arrange recurring classes for your group.
Sessions can take place at home, outdoors, or in a studio space, depending on what works best for you.

  • Do you travel to homes in the Northern Beaches?

Yes, I am more than happy to travel to meet you.

  • Can i book an online session?

Yes! You can book an online session by filling out an enquiry on the “Privates” page. I’ll then be in touch to organise a time that works for you.

  • Do I need to have my own mat or props?

In the studio we provide mats and props, all you need is yourself and some comfy clothes!

  • How can i pay for the $15 taster class?

If it’s your first time joining my Yin Yoga class, you’re welcome to come along for the $15 taster rate.
Payment can be made at the time of the class, either in cash, apple pay or bank transfer.
