About Padme hum
Padme Hum was created by Emily Rose with the intention of helping others reconnect with themselves and nurture their wellbeing through the practices of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Through my own journey of self-discovery and connection I’ve learned that there is no greater teacher than my own body - my truest home. I believe that learning to listen to and understand our bodies is one of the most valuable practices we can cultivate.
Each body is a unique vessel that holds and supported us through life’s seasons. By deepening our connection to both ourselves and nature, we can learn to truly listen to their wisdom, honour their changes, and nurture them with compassion.
The Meaning of Padme Hum
Om Mani Padme Hum is a Tibetan Buddhist mantra I first encountered during my teacher training in India. It translates to “the jewel is in the lotus.”
The lotus flower holds deep spiritual symbolism that even in the darkest, murkiest waters, a beautiful flower can bloom.
Padme - the lotus- represents wisdom. Through my practices, I guide you to connect with the innate wisdom of your true self, creating a bridge that allows transformation, growth and compassion.
Hum signifies compassionate action - bringing that inner wisdom to life through mindful movement and presence.
Through my offerings, I invite you on a journey of understanding your mind, body, and soul - no matter how deep or muddy the waters may seem - so your inner lotus can bloom, and your truest self can flourish.
