In these private sessions, we’ll talk, breathe, and create a practice designed to truly support you. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and can be held in the comfort of your own home or in a welcoming studio space.

What to expect

Each private session is completely personalised to you - your body, your goals, and how you want to feel.

We’ll begin with a short chat to explore your current needs and intentions, then move into a practice that may include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and/or bodywork. Whatever you’re seeking, our time together will be shaped around what’s most nurturing for you.

First session offer

If it’s your first time practising with me, I can offer a taster session at a reduced rate to give us both the chance to see how we feel about working together.
