This 40-minute practice serves as a gentle invitation to explore and embody your body. Together we move mindfully, drawing attention to the sensations that arise and how you feel in your unique vessel. The session encourages curiosity, presence, and connection with your body, mind and spirit - helping you restore balance, reconnect, and nurture your wellbeing.
