It all starts with one breath. Weave a 20-minute guided meditation into your day to connect with your body, calm the mind, and ground yourself in the present moment. With simple awareness of your breath, you can create space to slow down and simply be.

Mindful Movement | Friday 31st 1:30-2:10pm
A gentle invitation to explore and embody your body.
In this 40-minute practice, we move mindfully, drawing attention to sensations and how you feel in your unique vessel. The session encourages curiosity, presence, and connection with your body, mind and spirit - helping you restore balance, reconnect, and nurture your wellbeing.
